• Main Gate
Opens and closes using Button 1 on the remote control.

• Side Gate
Opens with Button 2 on the same remote.

• Power Outage – Manual Gate Access
In case of a power outage, the main gate can be opened manually:

• A small key attached to your keychain unlocks the gate arms.
• Once unlocked, you can open the gate by hand.
• Important: After use, make sure to lock the gate arms again to restore normal automatic function once power returns.

There is no need to activate anything — hot water is always available automatically.

For your reference, electrical panels are located in the following spots:
• At the room Behind the kitchen
• Upstairs, inside the wardrobe
• At the BBQ area, under the sound system
• In the wine cellar

• Garden Lights
These operate automatically at sunset and sunrise.

• BBQ Area Lights
Switches are located above the cooking stations. Each switch has a dimmer function — simply press and hold to adjust brightness.

Every room is equipped with an individual A/C control screen. Feel free to adjust the temperature according to your comfort.

• Please return all equipment to its proper place after use.
• Kindly keep the gym doors closed when not in use. If they are open, ensure the safety latches are engaged.
• Lights are controlled via a switch on the right-hand wall inside the gym.

• In the shallow end of the pool, you’ll find a button on the right side that activates the jacuzzi function.

Firewood is stored in the grey box located in front of the gym area.

• All bedroom shutters are electrically operated.
Each bed has a switch near the headboard to open or close them easily.

• Security Camera
For your information, and in full compliance with personal data protection regulations, please note that there is a security camera installed in the wine cellar area.
The camera is used exclusively for security and safety purposes.

• Alarm System
The villa is equipped with a security alarm system.
If you wish to use it during your stay, please let us know and we will provide activation instructions and access codes.
